This website is operated by Voltpro Electrical Pty Ltd (ABN 75 684 426 640). In these terms, “Voltpro”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

These terms apply to use of our website and its enquiry and AI chat tools. The scope, price, timing and other conditions of electrical work are agreed separately with you. These website terms do not introduce a deposit, cancellation fee, payment deadline or other service charge.

2. Enquiries, quotes and bookings

You can use the website to describe a job and request a quote. An automated confirmation means your enquiry has been received; it is not acceptance of a booking or confirmation that we can attend.

Our team must confirm the work, availability and price with you. An assessment may be needed before a quote can be given. Information about previous projects does not establish the price, timing or suitability of work at another property.

Please provide accurate contact and job details, and let us know if they change. If you are arranging work for someone else, make sure you have authority to provide their details and discuss the property.

3. Website information and electrical safety

Our service descriptions, articles and project examples provide general information. They do not replace a licensed electrician’s assessment of your installation or authorise you to perform electrical work.

Do not rely on the website or chat in an emergency. If there is immediate danger, call 000. Stay clear of unsafe electrical equipment and contact a licensed electrician.

We work to keep the website accurate, but information can become out of date. Ask our team to confirm details that matter to your decision, including suitability, coverage and availability.

4. AI chat

“Ask Voltpro” generates answers from approved website information. It is an AI tool and may misunderstand a question or give an inaccurate or incomplete answer.

The assistant cannot enter into an agreement for Voltpro, confirm a price, accept a booking or provide professional electrical advice for your property. Contact our team to confirm these matters. To request follow-up, use the enquiry form rather than assuming a chat question has been sent to an electrician.

Please do not submit passwords, card details, identity documents or sensitive information through chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how messages and enquiries are handled.

5. Using the website responsibly

You may use the website to learn about Voltpro, consider our services and make genuine enquiries. Please do not:

• send false enquiries, impersonate another person or provide information you have no authority to share;
• use the forms or chat for harassment, spam, unlawful material or malicious software;
• attempt to access another person’s records, bypass security controls or disrupt the website; or
• copy customer information or photographs for an unauthorised purpose.
